We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Support paid social media advertising efforts in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and engagement based on insights and audience behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and content management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or UGC (User-Generated Content) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
