About this job:
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  2. Define the most important social media KPIs
  3. Manage and oversee social media content
  4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
  5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  7. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
  9. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  10. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Requirements:
  1. BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  2. 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  3. Experience as a Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  4. Must have experience in the UK
  5. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  6. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  7. Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  8. Good understanding of social media KPIs
  9. Excellent multi-tasking skills
  10. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  11. Good time-management skills
  12. Great interpersonal and communication skills
