Customer Support Representative

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to potential patients' inquiries and resolving any issues they may have via chat or via call on different channels such as WhatsApp, landline. You will also be responsible for identifying and converting potential customers into actual customers. You will work closely with the members of the Socia Media Marketing team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat on various social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Identify potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of Hospital Services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year of previous customer service experience required (Hospital/Medical experience would be a Plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and chat software.

Timings: Mon to Sat

Shift: Evening

Location: Midciti Hospital Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 17, behind National Stadium Karachi.
