We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the brand presence of our beauty care brand across Pakistan and USA markets. This role combines brand management, marketing promotions, and digital content strategy to build strong consumer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Marketing

  • Develop and execute brand strategies tailored for both Pakistan and USA markets.
  • Plan and implement 
    promotions, bundle deals, seasonal campaigns, and discount offers
    .
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, sales, and product) to maintain consistent brand identity.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all social media platforms (
    Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel, etc.
    ) with a mix of 
    organic content + engagement-driven campaigns
    .
  • Oversee 
    daily posting, stories, reels, and video content ideation
    .
  • Develop 
    monthly content calendars
     with creative ideas aligned with brand positioning.

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Generate ideas for 
    social media content, influencer collaborations, and video campaigns
    .
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to create high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Track performance of campaigns and adjust strategy based on analytics.

Promotions & Engagement

  • Plan 
    bundle promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers
     to boost sales.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and ambassador programs.
  • Build and engage customer communities on 
    WhatsApp channels & social media groups
    .

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs across all platforms, prepare 
    monthly reports
     on engagement, reach, and sales impact.
  • Optimize marketing activities for ROI improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or social media (beauty/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani consumer behavior in beauty/cosmetics.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or aesthetically sound.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication & content ideation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic brand growth with hands-on execution.
