About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile
Senior Graphic Designer
who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand building, and delivering exceptional user experiences. This role requires a dynamic designer with strong expertise in
graphic design, video editing, UI/UX design, and multimedia content creation
. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring design excellence across digital, print, and interactive platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, websites, mobile apps, and print.
  • Lead and manage design projects while mentoring junior designers.
  • Develop
    UI/UX design solutions
    , including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to create
  • Edit and produce
    video content
    for marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to elevate creative output.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality visual standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of professional design experience
    in an agency, startup, or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in
    graphic design, UI/UX projects, and video editing
    .
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D design, and animation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design-to-development collaboration.
  • Branding and visual identity development experience.
  • Creative storytelling and copywriting skills.
