Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Researcher to join our Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about identifying trends, analyzing product data, and contributing to the growth of a comprehensive online product catalog.

Position Summary:

The Product Researcher will play a key role in identifying potential products for our ecommerce platforms. This role involves researching market trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and supporting the team with structured product insights. You will work closely with the ecommerce team but will not be involved in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Product Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends and consumer demand
  • Monitor competitor product offerings and pricing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for expanding or enhancing our product range

Product Data Analysis

  • Analyze technical specifications, features, and benefits of products
  • Prepare and organize product data for listing and categorization
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure accurate representation

Catalog Support

  • Suggest proper categorization and collections for new products
  • Maintain consistency in product grouping and classification across platforms
  • Support the team with insights to improve product visibility and presentation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in product research for ecommerce platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with product-based ecommerce websites
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various digital tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Proficient in English (required)

Not Required / Not Relevant to This Role:

  • No SEO or digital marketing tasks
  • No Amazon or Quick Commerce experience needed
  • No content writing or service-based website experience
