About the Role:
Our client is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Fashion Designer to join their team. You'll focus on designing stylish and trend-forward ladieswear collections to bring ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a love of fabrics, and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching trends and developing fresh design concepts for ladieswear.
- Sourcing and selecting fabrics, trims, and other materials.
- Creating sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.
- Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and tailors to ensure timely production.
- Supporting with fittings, pattern adjustments, and quality checks.
- Assisting in preparing samples and presentations for internal reviews.
- Support social media and shoots
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong sketching and CAD (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Prior internship or industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
