Job Title: Fashion Designer (Female Preferred)

Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (based on experience)

RT Studio is a growing fashion house specializing in ready-to-wear and semi-formal ensembles. We focus on unique designs, detailed adda work, and high-quality craftsmanship. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Fashion Designer who can lead our design and production operations.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a female fashion designer with hands-on experience in adda work, embroidery, and stitching. The ideal candidate should be able to lead production teams, oversee design execution, and ensure premium finishing quality across all collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new collections in line with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
  • Supervise and manage adda work, embroidery, and stitching teams to ensure quality production and timely completion.
  • Create design sketches, color palettes, embellishment layouts, and fabric selections.
  • Monitor sampling and ensure each piece matches the approved design concept.
  • Coordinate with pattern masters, tailors, and artisans to ensure precision and design accuracy.
  • Ensure quality control and finishing standards across all garments.
  • Plan and organize workload for production teams for efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated with fashion trends, materials, and embroidery techniques.
  • Work closely with management on seasonal collections, photoshoots, and new launches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a fashion house or boutique environment.
  • Proven experience managing adda, embroidery, and stitching teams.
  • Strong sense of fabric, color coordination, and detailing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about design and trend innovation.
