About Us:

We are a growing plastic packaging manufacturer supplying premium packaging solutions. We want reliability, quality, and long-term partnerships with cosmetic brands regarding their packaging.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who understands the cosmetic packaging market and can drive new business from companies manufacturing cosmetic products. The ideal candidate brings industry connections, market awareness, and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach cosmetic manufacturing companies for packaging sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare market reports, sales forecasts, and client updates.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturers and their packaging needs
  • Proven negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities

Education & Experience:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com or related field preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in cosmetic packaging or related industry.

Salary: Up to 150,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
