  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and potential business segments.
  • Generate qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversion.
  • Submit daily/weekly visit reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events when required.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align field strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure professional conduct and company representation during all client interactions.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with independent travel.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple field visits efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred).
