We run high-ROI campaigns for local and global clients and we're hiring a PPC / SEM Specialist to scale Google & Meta results with clean tracking and clear KPIs.What you'll doBuild, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search/PMAX/Display/YouTube) and Meta Ads; Bing Ads is a plus.Own keyword & audience strategy, negatives, match types, geo & device splits.Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4 + GTM, pixels, CAPI); validate events.Manage budgets & pacing; hit CPA/ROAS targets; publish weekly Looker/GA4 reports.Plan and run continuous A/B tests (ads, bids, audiences, landing pages).Collaborate with content/design/dev to improve landing page CVR.Must-have1–3 years hands-on PPC (Google Ads required; Meta/Bing nice to have).Working knowledge of GA4 & GTM; able to debug tags/events.Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, lookups) and comfort with Looker Studio.Clear written & verbal communication; on-site availability in Karachi.Nice-to-haveE-commerce feed management (Merchant Center), PMAX structure, offline conversion imports.Experience with lead-gen quality controls (duplicate blocking, form validation).Success metrics (first 90 days)Ship clean tracking for all active accounts (GA4/GTM validated).Reduce blended CPA by 10–20% or lift ROAS by 15% on priority campaigns.Maintain >95% pacing accuracy vs. monthly budget and a live test plan each week.What we offerBase salary Competitive SalaryPaid certifications & upskilling budget; path to Senior PPC / Paid Media Lead.Modern tool stack and a collaborative, data-first culture.How to applyUse Indeed Apply (CV required).
