Position Overview

As a PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimise pay‑per‑click campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. You'll conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, analyse performance metrics and drive measurable growth. This is a night‑shift on‑site role; you'll be part of a dynamic digital marketing team with access to paid tools and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads (and other platforms) to drive performance and ROI.
• Conduct detailed keyword analysis to identify high‑impact keywords, enhance ad relevance and control cost‑per‑click.
• Manage budgets effectively, monitor spend and allocations to ensure maximum return on ad spend.
• Analyse campaign data, track key KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copy, targeting and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align ad copy with landing pages, audiences and performance goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Google Ads certification preferred (or equivalent); strong knowledge of PPC fundamentals.
• Proficiency in campaign tools: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear English required for campaign reporting and collaboration.
• Must be available for on‑site night shift (Mon–Sat, 6 PM–2 AM) in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international campaigns (US/UK markets).
• Familiarity with landing‑page optimisation, conversion‑rate optimisation (CRO) or related digital marketing disciplines.
• Basic experience with Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards or SQL for data‑pulls and reporting.
