Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for Truck Dispatch Campaign – Sales Agents, based in Lahore. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our dispatch services by engaging potential clients, managing accounts, and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the U.S. trucking industry. The role requires building lasting client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering customized solutions that support company growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reach out and onboard new trucking companies (owner-operators & fleet owners) for dispatch solutions.
  • Present dispatch services to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Identify client requirements and provide tailored solutions to increase freight bookings.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and build a strong customer base.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations after client onboarding.
  • Consistently meet weekly/monthly sales and carrier acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B communication (preferred).
  • Background in U.S. truck dispatch campaigns or logistics sales will be an advantage.
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. freight market (training will be provided).
  • Highly motivated, confident, and resilient in a performance-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zone).
