Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatching Sales Agent located in Lahore. The Truck Dispatching Sales Agent will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating with drivers, scheduling and dispatching trucks, and ensuring timely delivery. The agent will also handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records of dispatch activity. Additional responsibilities include negotiating rates, managing insurance documentation, and providing training to new team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance processing and documentation
  • Experience in Training others
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
