Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits coordination. Responsibilities include supporting HR operations, updating HR systems, assisting with training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires collaboration with different departments to maintain smooth HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR Management processes and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and knowledge of compensation practices.
  • Skills in planning and supporting employee Training and development initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality.
