We are looking for a
fresh graduate
to join our HR team as an
Assistant HR
. The role involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee record management.

·       Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.

·       Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).

·       Support employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes.

·       Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related reports.

·       Provide administrative support in HR and office coordination tasks.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.

·       
Fresh graduates
are highly encouraged to apply.

·       Basic knowledge of
HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Pakistan
.

·       Strong
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
.

·       Proficiency in
MS Office.
