The Immigration Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end visa and immigration cases for clients, including documentation, application submission, coordination with embassies/consulates, and ensuring smooth processing of Hajj, Umrah, Study, Visit, Work, and Business Immigration visas. The role requires strong attention to detail, client handling skills, and knowledge of international visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities1. Visa & Immigration Processing

  • Handle complete case management for Study, Visit, Work, Business, Hajj/Umrah, and other visas.
  • Evaluate client eligibility, requirements, and documentation as per country guidelines.
  • Prepare, review, and organize complete visa applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Track application progress and maintain up-to-date records.

2. Client Interaction & Advisory

  • Conduct client assessments and advise them on visa options, documentation, timelines, and processes.
  • Communicate application updates and manage expectations professionally.
  • Provide guidance on interview preparation and additional requirements.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Verify authenticity and completeness of client documents.
  • Stay updated with changing immigration laws, policies, and embassy updates.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and sensitive information.

4. Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, VACs, travel partners, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, biometrics, translations, attestations, and other tasks.
  • Follow up on application status and resolve issues proactively.

5. Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate case files, checklists, and CRM entries.
  • Prepare weekly updates on application status and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure timely renewals of licenses, accreditations, and company immigration registrations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of global visa processes (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, GCC).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Problem-solving ability and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
