Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant at HOF Migration, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful clients by promoting our immigration services. You'll engage with potential applicants, understand their goals, and guide them toward suitable migration opportunities. This role demands energy, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote HOF Migration's services.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate immigration or study visa solutions.
  • Effectively explain eligibility criteria, service benefits, and the process to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Record client information and progress updates in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth application handling.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration programs and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in immigration, real estate, or consultancy).
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills in English and Urdu.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
