Job Summary:

Stanzone Technologies is looking for a practical, business-oriented Odoo Consultant who can translate real-world requirements into working ERP solutions. You'll work directly with stakeholders, configure and customize Odoo, resolve issues, and empower end users through training.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo/ERP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to fit business workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues; perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct end-user training and produce supporting documentation to drive adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, releases, and best practices.
  • Optimize and support existing Odoo deployments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of core Odoo modules and end-to-end business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong ability to adapt/customize Odoo to business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Odoo Certification would be a plus

11:00pm - 8:00pm
