Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR department. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. The internship is paid and offers exposure to a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or related field – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience: Fresh (no prior experience required).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
