Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. You will support our HR and Operations departments in daily activities, including recruitment, HR operations, salaries audit, and employee record management. This internship will provide hands-on experience and an excellent opportunity to learn about HR, recruitment, payroll auditing, and operational practices in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant job portals.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance, timesheets, and other HR operations.
  • Support in salaries audit by verifying payroll data, overtime, arrears, and ensuring accuracy in reports.
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies in payroll and report them to the HR team.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail (for salary audits).
  • Ability to multitask and support both HR and operations functions.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to recruitment, operations, and payroll processes.
