We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager – Finance & Treasury
to support our financial operations and banking activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing both funded and non-funded banking facilities, import/export documentation, and accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all
    banking matters
    , including coordination with banks for funded and non-funded facilities (LCs, guarantees, limits, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain
    banking documentation
    related to limits, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage
    accounts receivable
    , ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping.
  • Oversee
    cash flow management
    , fund transfers, and treasury operations.
  • Assist in
    import/export documentation
    and liaise with banks for trade-related transactions.
  • Monitor and report on
    fund utilization
    , financial performance, and working capital management.
  • Support
    month-end and year-end closing activities
    related to treasury and receivables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and financial standards.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    M.Com / ACCA / CAA (Finalist preferred).
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of experience in
    Finance & Treasury
    , preferably within a
    banking or corporate environment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    banking operations
    ,
    funded and non-funded facilities
    , and
    import/export procedures
    .
  • Excellent command of
    MS Excel
    , ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
