Position Overview:

Squad International is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company's financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with the ability to implement effective financial strategies.

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Company: Squad International

Timings: 3 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and company financial policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Support payroll processing and expense management.
  • Collaborate with management for monthly and annual closing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ledgers, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
