Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00am - 6:00pm and 10:00am - 2:00pm (on Saturday)

Salary Range: Market Competitive

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Education: CA Intermediate, ACCA, ICMA stage III

Job Description:

  • Record daily transactions in Tally or similar software (knowledge of modern tools is a plus)
  • Prepare voucher files with supporting documentation
  • Process payments including cheques for suppliers, SRB, salaries, and utilities
  • Manage petty cash and prepare weekly reconciliation reports
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations (including intercompany balances)
  • Prepare receivables and payables aging reports
  • Support CFO in project reporting, job costing, and budget variance analysis
  • Handle withholding tax documentation and coordinate with tax consultants
  • Assist with SRB filings, advance tax, and salary return submissions
  • Ensure proper documentation for EOBI and statutory compliance
  • Maintain audit-ready records and assist with annual audits and ISO compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide requested financial data
  • Identify and support improvements in accounting processes and document workflows
  • Prepare client invoices and follow up for tax documentation and payments Requirements
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of tax rules, audit procedures, and statutory compliance (SRB, FBR, EOBI)
  • Strong analytical skills
    • High attention to detail and process ownership mindset.
