Job Objective:

-Responsible for the overall smooth operations at the retail outlet.

  • Responsible for keeping timely records and accurate reports on retail operations.

  • Administer staff activity and ensure staff adheres to the company's standards.

  • Ensure that customer services and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

  • Making the employees' schedule, training new staff, administering daily activities, and handling issues between employees and customers.

  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

  • Recruit new employees and handle the interview process.

  • Work on merchandising and displaying products to help boost sales in terms of lubricants and NFR facilities.

  • Prepare a monthly budget and set goals.

  • Determine stock to order based on previous sales, control expenses, and avoid waste.

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of petroleum products on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
