Role Description

The
Facilities & Asset Management Coordinator
will be responsible for managing
utilities, property rentals, vehicle insurance, and tax compliance
, including
filing property and vehicle taxes
. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting operational compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail/fuel industry).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and asset management software.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.
