Role Description

PRG Pakistan is looking for a talented WordPress Developer with 2 years of 

professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should 

have an intermediate level of understanding of WordPress development, theme 

customization, and plugin integration. They will be responsible for building and 

maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and 

security. The role requires close collaboration with designers, project managers, 

and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering and managing WordPress-based projects from start to finish

Assist in building and customization of themes and plugins

Assist in performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Ability to troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure strong 

optimization and functionality

Implement website security best practices and updates regularly

∙
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO compliance

∙
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and user-

friendly layouts

Maintain proper documentation of development processes and 

customizations

Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

2 years experience in WordPress development and website maintenance

∙
Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

∙
Experience with WordPress CMS, theme and plugin customization

∙
Experience with WordPress debugging tools and performance optimization

Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg)
