Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on detailed project requirements.
  • Customize and extend existing themes, plugins, and WooCommerce functionality.
  • Create and manage custom post types, custom taxonomies, and meta fields using both code and ACF.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g. RESTful services, CRMs, inventory systems like Unleashed).
  • Implement complex AJAX-based features, dynamic filtering, multi-step forms, and admin panels.
  • Build dynamic interfaces using JavaScript and jQuery, with attention to performance and interactivity.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability with best practices and WordPress standards.
  • Optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills:

  • PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Strong experience in WordPress core, custom theme/plugin development
  • Proficiency with WooCommerce and eCommerce customization
  • Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and shortcodes
  • Experience with REST API and third-party API integration
  • Knowledge of WordPress hooks, filters, actions, and custom queries
  • Comfortable working with Git and deployment workflows
  • Understanding of security best practices and clean coding standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
