Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Supervisor located in Islamabad. The Senior Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance activities, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring preventive maintenance measures are in place. The role involves managing the maintenance team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. Additionally, the supervisor will be required to maintain records of maintenance activities and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead the maintenance team
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Management and coordination
  • Technical skills in Inspection and Maintenance of mechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical or industrial maintenance setting is a plus
