Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Inverter (Distribution Channel)

Location: Sukkur

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy

Experience Required: 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in solar energy, inverters, batteries, or electrical products.

Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive – Distribution to join our growing team in the solar inverter industry. The candidate will support the distribution sales team by building relationships with dealers/distributors, generating leads, and helping expand market presence in assigned regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the distribution sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new distribution channels.
  • Assist in handling inquiries, product quotations, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
  • Participate in product training sessions, exhibitions, and regional marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Maintain sales data, reports, and documentation for review and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2– 3 years of experience in sales or distribution (experience in solar inverters/renewables is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of B2B distribution models and dealer/channel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits.
