Distribution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Ensure smooth execution of distribution activities including order processing, stock management, and dispatch operations.
• Deliver branch sales targets and enhance market presence through effective trade engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse operations to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Implement company SOPs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with regional and head-office teams for reporting, audits, demand planning, and performance tracking.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive branch performance.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in branch management, distribution operations, sales, or supply chain roles — preferably within FMCG or distribution networks.
• Proven experience in leading teams and achieving business KPIs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making capabilities.
• Solid understanding of distribution processes, stock control, and branch operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
