Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lahore. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. The specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, deliver sales training to team members, and manage ongoing sales initiatives to meet organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to identify new business opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service for existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to upskill teams in sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the education sector or knowledge of academic programs is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
