Accounts and Admin Assistant

About the Company:
A growing software development company is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Admin Executive. This role combines accounting support, administrative tasks, purchasing, and e-commerce data entry with basic Excel responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts entries, record keeping, and petty cash handling.
- Support general office administration (documentation, filing, correspondence).
- Enter and update product data on e-commerce platforms (pricing, descriptions, inventory updates).
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets using basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, formatting, formulas).
- Handle purchasing of office supplies, small equipment, and other items on an as-and-when-needed basis.
- Assist management with reports and reconciliations as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts, admin.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas (vlookup, pivot table data cleaning, formatting).
- Familiarity with e-commerce portals or online product data entry will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
