We are seeking a detail-oriented and insight-driven Associate Manager - Retail Audit Analysis & Insight to join our team at Right Angle Consult. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting retail audits, analyzing market and in-store data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping brands optimize retail performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct retail audits to evaluate product availability, placement, pricing, and compliance with merchandising standards.

  • Gather and analyze retail performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients based on audit findings.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results effectively.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance retail execution strategies.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the audit and reporting process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail audit, sales analysis, or market research (FMCG experience is mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI is mandatory).

  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
