Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and Graphics Designer to help elevate our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be experienced in producing polished video content (short-form and long-form), crafting compelling thumbnails, and designing visual assets (posters, carousels, emails) for web and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

  • Edit up to 30 short-form and/or 10–15 long-form videos per month based on event, lecture, or campaign content.
  • Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements as needed.

Graphic Design:

  • Design high-quality social media posts, thumbnails, banners, presentation slides, and ad creatives.
  • Create assets that align with branding guidelines across all platforms.
  • Visual Consistency & Brand Alignment:
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across video and graphic content.
  • Collaborate with the team to interpret briefs and execute designs effectively.

Platform Optimization:

  • Adapt content for different platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Stay updated on video trends and social media formats for better engagement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver creative ideas and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years in video editing and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar).
  • Creativity & Aesthetic Sense:
    Strong eye for design, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Communication:
    Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Time Management:
    Capable of handling multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Adaptability:
    Comfortable working remotely using tools like
    Clickup, Asana, Trello, Slack, Teams, Sharepoint

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of editing engaging video content and designing visually compelling graphics.
  • Experience creating content optimized for social platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of visual branding and storytelling techniques.
  • Fluent in English and experienced in remote, collaborative work environments.
