PKR 70, ,000, based on experience (hiring for both Senior & Junior roles).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our visa consultancy company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market research expertise, and a results-driven approach to expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and corporate clients seeking visa and immigration services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to establish partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the visa application process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in visa consultancy, travel, or immigration services).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their visa and immigration needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of visa processes, immigration laws, or international travel regulations is a plus.
