Opportunity:

Do you have a passion for guiding and empowering youth? Are you a skilled communicator and relationship builder? If so, join YDP as a Career Counselor & Outreach Coordinator In this hybrid role , you'll provide personalized guidance and connect with potential clients to showcase the benefits of our transformative approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the needs of students and young professionals; design & Implement outreach strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Provide personalized career guidance, applying the insights from talent assessment, aligning with client's unique need and aspiration.
  • Deliver inspiring presentations, webinars, Seminars, and workshops on career development.
  • Collaborate with the team to grow our online presence and drive client acquisition.
  • Lead outreach efforts, build relationships with companies and educators, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Passion for youth development and empowerment
  • Self-starter with experience in delivering presentations and workshops
