Blue Health is seeking a highly skilled
Machine Learning Engineer
with expertise in
computer vision, reinforcement learning, and transformer-based architectures
to join our technology team. This role involves designing, implementing, and deploying advanced machine learning models for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience, deep theoretical knowledge, and the ability to translate research into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for computer vision and deep learning use cases.
  • Develop reinforcement learning and transformer-based solutions for real-world healthcare challenges.
  • Implement high-performance algorithms leveraging Python, C++, and CUDA.
  • Work with large-scale datasets using SQL and Spark to prepare, clean, and optimize data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare experts to integrate ML models into scalable applications.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and optimize models for speed, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Stay updated with cutting-edge research in deep learning and apply it to practical use cases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in machine learning, with focus on computer vision, reinforcement learning, or transformers.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python, C++, and CUDA
    .
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL and Spark
    for data processing and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and deep learning theory.
  • Experience in deploying ML models to production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
