Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full-Stack Engineer (MERN & AI) based in Lahore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Full-Stack Engineer will develop and maintain scalable web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include designing and implementing new features, improving application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities. Daily tasks will involve coding, debugging, reviewing code, and ensuring the robustness and security of applications.

  • Strong knowledge of
    Full-Stack Development

  • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    — integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) into APIs for LLM-based features.
  • Familiarity with
    embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and prompt engineering
    to improve AI accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
  • Experience in
    document ingestion pipelines
    (PDFs, text, structured/unstructured data) for retrieval-based applications.
  • Ability to design
    efficient data fetching patterns on the frontend
    (React Query + ) aligned with AI-powered backends.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving skills
    with the ability to debug application logic as well as RAG-related issues (e.g., poor retrieval relevance).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
