Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend).
  • Build efficient, reusable, and scalable codebases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal microservices.
  • Develop secure and optimized databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack.
  • Stay up to date with modern development trends, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a
    Full Stack Engineer
    or similar role.
  • Proficiency in modern
    frontend frameworks
    (React, , Vue, or Angular).
  • Strong
    backend development
    skills , Express, Django, or similar).
  • Experience with
    databases
    (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    cloud services
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    AI/ML integrations
    or RAG workflows.
  • Familiarity with
    serverless architecture
    and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior experience in
    HR-tech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
    .
  • Contribution to open-source projects or strong GitHub portfolio.
