About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes, ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, and help deliver high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team in Agile and Scrum best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress of development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure a well-defined product backlog and clear sprint goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
  • Coach team members on self-organization, cross-functionality, and agile principles.
  • Ensure proper communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Ability to handle multiple teams or projects simultaneously is a plus.
