We are looking for a **Technical Project Manager** with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects involving multiple trendy technologies and AI models.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple development teams.

* Coordinate with developers, designers, and clients to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

* Manage sprints, allocate resources, and monitor project progress using agile methodologies.

* Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI tools to enhance project outcomes.

* Conduct project evaluations, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

* Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are maintained efficiently.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum of **5+ years of experience** as a Project Manager in a **software house environment**.

* Strong technical understanding of **modern development stacks** — MERN, , React Native, , Python, etc.

* Hands-on experience managing projects that integrate **AI models and APIs** (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

* Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic client needs.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

* Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and data-driven applications.

* Technical certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) is a plus.
