AI and Full Stack Engineering Lead / TPM / Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the execution of AI and full stack projects from development to production

deployment


• Design and implement scalable machine learning models using real-world data


• Build and maintain clean, efficient backend systems and REST APIs

• 4 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with end-to-end deployment

experience


• Proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and

Scikit-learn


• Strong backend experience with , FastAPI, Express, or TypeScript-based

frameworks


• Familiarity with frontend stacks like or to support integration

workflows


• Hands-on DevOps experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and cloud

deployments (AWS or GCP)


• Solid understanding of engineering workflows including sprint planning, task

breakdown, and QA processes


• Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions, documentation, and

• Fully available to work onsite from 4 PM to 1 AM in DHA Phase 5, Lahore


• Willingness to support paid overtime when needed for critical deadlines
