We're looking for a Junior MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience who is ready to grow into more advanced responsibilities while working on multi-tenancy, PaaS, and AI-powered applications.

Compensation

  • Salary: PKR 80,000 per month (full-time).
  • Commitment: A minimum of 5 months full-time employment is required. After this period, you may continue with us or choose to move on.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MERN stack applications under senior guidance.
  • Contribute to building multi-tenant PaaS platforms.
  • Support integration of AI/ML features (LLMs, APIs, or ML pipelines).
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, senior developers, and DevOps teams.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
  • Learn and follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience with the MERN stack in production.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, , , and MongoDB.
  • Experience with REST APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with multi-tenancy concepts and SaaS/PaaS environments.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Comfortable working remotely in a night-shift environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with real-time communication systems (WebSockets, ).
  • Interest or exposure to AI/ML tools and APIs.
