Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, , React, and
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly applications.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in (hooks, state management, lifecycle methods) and , APIs).
  • Proficiency in MongoDB with good understanding of database design.
  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Knowledge of unit testing/automation tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
