Role Description

This is a full-time
on-site role
for a Senior Sales Consultant, located in Karachi (Sakhi Hasan).

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying client needs, and providing tailored consulting solutions.

Daily tasks include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the client's journey. The consultant is also expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Front Sales and Upsell both.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and excellent project delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with production staff.
  • Experience in the outsourcing or digital marketing industry is a
    MUST
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is good to have.
