Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient
Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated and manual testing, test planning, and close collaboration with developers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Conduct regression, performance, security, and compatibility testing as needed.
• Participate in design and code reviews from a QA perspective.
• Integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery practices.
• Analyze test results and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software QA or software development.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
