Collections Department
and involves handling international clients via chat, email, and calls. You'll ensure payments are received on time while maintaining excellent client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client follow-ups for overdue payments through chat, email, and calls.
  • Maintain and update receivable records and reports.
  • Resolve billing queries and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle client conversations with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
  • Track payment progress and share daily updates with management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    collections, AR, or client communication
    .
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Confident in handling chat/email conversations with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving attitude.
