
Sales Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for
battery systems, generators, and light towers
in the B2B market. - Identify, approach, and secure new clients across industries (manufacturing, construction, energy, telecom, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding technical and business requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with the sales-support team to provide accurate proposals, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualification, Knowledge & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical//Mechatronics/Electronics/Energy/Industrial Engineering. - Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years of B2B sales experience
in
electrical equipment
(battery systems, generators, power solutions, or light towers). - Strong technical knowledge of power and energy solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
