We're Hiring – Sales & Application Engineers (Pump Division)

Locations: Karachi | Lahore | Islamabad | Peshawar

Company: Allied Engineering & Services (Pvt.) Ltd.

Allied Engineering & Services, a leading provider of industrial solutions in Pakistan, is expanding its Pump Division and seeking passionate and technically skilled Sales & Application Engineers to join our dynamic team across major cities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales for centrifugal, booster, dosing, and submersible pumps (including Grundfos range).

Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per customer specifications.

Read and interpret P&ID, PFD, mechanical and electrical drawings for pump selection.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to provide complete system solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.

Coordinate with internal and principal teams for quotations, delivery, and after-sales support.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in pump sales, applications, or related industrial products.

Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps, VFDs, and pumping systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel within region for client visits and project coordination.
